We process and ship every order with care. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide using trusted courier partners including Fan Courier, FedEx and Sameday, selected automatically based on quality and speed indicators for your location.

Total delivery time = processing time (1–2 days) + shipping time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Order 2 or more items and get free shipping automatically. Single item orders are subject to a shipping fee which will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Every order comes with full tracking. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays or circumstances outside our control
- For international orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country, these are the responsibility of the customer
