Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.


Your Right to Return

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, for any reason. No questions asked. This is in line with your rights under EU Consumer Law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.


How to Request a Return

You can initiate a return in any of the following ways:

  • Shopify Account — Log into your account, go to your order history and select the item you wish to return
  • Email — Send us a message at hello@tearo.ro with your order number and reason for return
  • WhatsApp — Message us directly at +40 770 892 773 with your order number and reason for return

Once your return request is received, we will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to send your item back.


Return Shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping on all accepted returns. A prepaid return label will be provided once your request is approved. You will not be charged anything to send your item back.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days to appear in your account.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will cover all return costs and issue a full refund once the issue is confirmed.

To help us resolve your case as quickly as possible, please include clear photos or a short video of the defect when you get in touch.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed or have tags removed
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window without prior agreement

EU Consumer Rights

Under EU law you are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee on all goods. If your product turns out to be faulty or not as described within this period, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please contact us if you experience any issues beyond the standard return window.
